Tianjin Limin Condiment Co., Ltée.
Fondé en 1927, Tianjin Limin Condiment Co. Ltd C “Limin” for short) est membre du groupe alimentaire Tianjin. Its predecessor was composed of hundreds of private workshops and Hongzhong Soy Sauce Plant Tianjin Non-Stable Food and Condiment Company was established in 1956 by merging public and private ventures as well as small sauce and pickle workshops being a member of Tianjin No.2 Commerce Bureau. Dans 1998, Tianjin Limin Seasoning Brewing Group was founded after an asset restructuring. Dans 2006, an eastward strategy was successfully performed to establish a manufacturing base, as large as 5.85 hectares, with advanced equipment for producing brewed and compound condiments by investing RMB 220 million. More than 200 condiments in eight categories of the brands such as Limin , Guangrongr , Yuchuanju” et “Xianyoudao” can be produced in the base making them indispensable for the meals and cooking of numerous consumers. Limin boasts five independent workshops and one large ware house. En plus, it has established domestically leading and worldwide first-rate production lines.
Based on traditional technology, it has researched and developed a leading soy sauce fermentattion system in China upgrading the traditional industry and gradually improving its mechanical automation and comprehensive strength.
Limin specializes in producing sauce products, including chili garlic sauce, pâte de farine sucrée, ketchup, et pâte de soja. Limin has the right to develop industry standards for sweet flour pastes and participate in the establishment of national standards for chili sauces. Rated asa “Time-honored Brand of Tianjin”, “Guangrong products feature soy sauce products brewed with pure grains. Premium non-GMO soybeans from Northeast China are fer-mented with advanced technology to brew soy sauce with delicious tastes, abundant fragrance “Time-honored Brand of China” , “Yuchuanju” products feature various and tasty flavors. Reputed as a ture various pickles delicious that are tasty, and crisp.
So far, Limin has received honors including “Tianjin Model Enterprise of Food Safety”, “Reliable Model Condiment Plant” . lt has successively passed six authoritative system certifications such as the Integrity Management System, Quality Management System, OHSAS,and FSMS,marking that it has well-established management systems acts on international conventions and has wholly controllable production lines from sources to finished products to eradicate food safety problems.
With a team composed of skilled R & D and QC professionals, Limin is dedicated to R & D and quality control to fully guarantee food safety. lt safeguards food safety by monitoring and tracking all raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Our laboratory has passed the CNAS international laboratory certification to guarantee high-standard products In 2017,a post-doctoral workstation was established in the company to conduct joint scientific research projects with Tianjin-based prestigious universities for the transformation of research achievements and the improvement of brand contents.
As a trustworthy manufacturer of premium food products, we have been adhering to our philosophy of guaranteeing food safety, producing high-standard foods, and maintaining our reputation, successfully achieving fruitfulintegrated development from “farmland” to “dining tables” .Limin founded Tangshan Limin Rongfeng Agricultural Development Co, Ltd and Tianjin Rising Food Co, Ltd in 2011 et 2012 respectively as upstream enterprises supplying premium raw materials to ensure product quality,enrich product lines, enlarge industry chains and develop markets at home and abroad. Dans 2015, Limin obtained the brand “Shanhaiguan” through M&A to produce bean products like bean curd and soybean milk. Based on its strategic objectives of stabilizing domestic markets and going global Limin built Limin Hongsheng Soybean Planting and Processing Base in Hailun Heilongjiang and established Lifeng Ghana Ketchup Processing Plant in West Africa to further enhance and expand its upstream and downstream industry chains.
As the R&D and quality inspection center, which was identified as the key laboratory of the enterprise in 2017 we always believe that product r&d and innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for the continuous development and progress of the enterprise.
At present, the laboratory has become a condiment comprehensive and scientific research center integrating basic scientific research, product research, CNAS inspection and testing,etc.,which can undertake various research work including fermentation process, product safety inspection and testing, and product pilot test. In terms of improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation, the company constantly seeks breakthroughs, enriches the construction of platform facilities such as knowledge sharing and instrument sharing, closely follows the construction level of key universities, and provides a good hardware guarantee for improving the core competitiveness of the condiment industry and the company’s overall independent innovation ability.
