As soon as I enter the fermentation room, it’s like entering a sauna, and I’ll be soaked in sweat in five minutes. Our fermentation masters stay here all day long, and it is their unwavering pursuit of the quality of “غوانغرونج” Soy Sauce that makes them so steadfast.

After leaving the fermentation room, I need to climb up more than six meters of stairs to check the fermentation of the soy mash. This set of intelligent sensor monitoring system is jointly developed by us and (تيانجين) University of Science and Technology, and has won the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress.
